Clients have filled out the inquiry form with brief details about the person(s) We will be communicating with and the journey they would like us to plan for them. We welcome the opportunity to book travel experiences not listed in our specialty.

We will schedule a time for a phone or zoom call. At this time, you can explain your vision for this trip. We will  review the customer agreement, fees, terms and conditions, travel insurance, and any other questions you may have regarding this process.

Once we have decided to partner together to make your travel arrangements, the contract and a more detailed client profile form will be sent over via e-mail. Any preferences will go in this form. Research and design fees are due at the time of signature.

Prior to your departure we will provide you with an app so you can have your itinerary at your fingertips. Within the app there is a chat feature that will keep us connected should you need anything along the way.
